Why are you using an air chisel? Cut the head off THEN use an air chisel.

I did that to one of mine and broke another completely off. sucks so bad because the angle to get to them sucks especially near the exhuast. I just drilled both out which took forever and broke some many titanium drill bits lol and then i tap and dyed that SOB. For the rest I pb blastered them for two days straight and got one off but the other gave me trouble so i heated it up and boom it worked

You did it the hard way. I tried drilling and tapping mine for like 20 minutes, gave up and got out the air chisel. Had the weld nuts popped out and the new bolts dropped in in 5 minutes.

Yeah as long as it took me that wont happen again. Will def use the better approach if it happens again. Those shocks bolts and the the leaf spring bolts where the hardest and trickiest to get off.

Nope pretty easy besides u Ned a way to get the top of shock from spinning... You will see what I mean... I use vise grips if the slip I grid flat spots on the shaft of shock to have better grip( not like u will use em again, hence ur replacing em lol) and driver side if I can remover right I always pull air box more room and one of the sides I think u can't use a ratchet very well so use a ratchet wrench lol and soak em in ATF WORKS 1000 times better then PB BLASTER 90 percent of thetim. Good luck on front shouldn't be horrible.

The rear I learner cut an access panel in floor, much easier and just plate over and rtv works good . carpet covers it anyways.
