Wow! That's awesome, Delta. Thanks for posting, which clarified the fact that I have a Dana 35 just as your research suggested. I thought maybe, because I've got the tow package it might have a different heavy-duty axle or something but apparently not.

So it seems like the brake drums are wheel-dependent which is just weird, I've never seen anything like that. I've never gone to get drums and been asked what kind of wheels I had. Freakin' AMC.

Well, I went rummaging through my local Pep Boys this morning and found some 5/16" 5-lug aluminum spacers on clearance for $10. Seems to have cleared up my wheel-on-drum issue until I get my 32s on 15x10s WITH THE RIGHT OFFSET. I'm a firm believer in the "you get what you pay for" philosophy so I'm a little worried about my cheap-*** remedy. I guess we'll see.

I suggest just swapping to rear disc brakes
