what i did was hooked a strap to the jeep, hooked strap from jeep to my 4 wheeler and gave it a tug, pulled right off. I suggest you have 2 people if you try this though.

I work at a Toyota shop as a mechanic. Just started turning wrenches as my actual job a few months ago. But we run into this alot. We have decent winters here in western pa and they use salt on the roads. So the rims most of the time are stuck on pretty dang good. We always put one lug nut back on....just spin it on the stud a few time. Them take a sludge hammer....or I use my foot and some sweet karate moves. Usually works. Once and awhile it won't and we have to beat it a ton before it comes off. But they always do. Just be careful hitting it and lookout.

If they didn't come off when you tried beating them off then you should use a lubricant. They will love you for that and will be more willing to comply in the future.

Wouldn't effect the price of tea in China.

Thread one lug nut on, crawl and behind the tire, and take a hammer to the bead area of the rim where the tire meets the rim, the bigger the hammer, the quicker and better the result.
