I am in Australia, and do not need a high amp conversion, but I do have 4 spare alternators, at least 3 of which are non-going

My aim is to have at least one known working spare in good condition

I have taken 2 apart, and determined the fault is likely in the diode pack or windings, but I do not have the equipment to properly test this

My question is does anyone know where I can order a rebuild kit that would include a diode pack and bearings ?

Local replacements alternators are Chinese and of low quality, the eBay parts kit does not contain diode pack or bearings

I can have matters attended by an auto electrician, but he has a weeks long waiting list, and can charge as much as he wants!

He can probably obtain the parts, its pretty annoying that brushes and a cleanup didnt fix the issue, physically swapping the alts to test them is a pita
