If I knew the length, thread pitch, diameters, I could probably look for hardware that is compatible.

typically, this info is contained within the Factory Parts Manuals. (rarely FSM)

It will require you to download the relevant manuals from the (2nd) link I gave, and look right thru it. fastener sizes are often right at the back.

I am too lazy to do this right now. Sometimes it is not in there, in which case ur probably out of luck.

My Cherokee has a weird mix of Imperial and Metric threads!!
I have a spare '96, and cannibalised many fasteners (and other bits) of a wreck

take the other side one to the shop and tell them to give u same

The parts catalog has that stuff in it. I have one for 97-98. Got it from Rockauto.

You could always take the fasteners you do have to the hardware store and match them up. But, seeing as i have a parts catalog i did some digging. This is all for the inner door panel. Taken from the 97-98 parts catalog.

Door handle screw M4x7x16
Door panel armrest screw .250x14x1.772, pan head tapping
Door panel clips (part #6504 014)
Side mirror trim screw .164-18x.625
Regulator to door screws (power and manual) M6x1x12
Glass to regulator screw (front doors) M6x1.00x16, hex flange head
Glass to regulator screws (rear door) M6
Liftgate hinge screws*

There are two call outs for the hinge screws in the catalog. One is M8-1.25x22.00, screw and washer, hex head. It says you need 10. The other is M8x1.25x25, screw and washer, hex head. No quantity is given.
