Renix bored out throttlebody ?

Default Renix bored out throttlebody ?

I did a search and not a thing about a Bored out throttle body came up for a Renix does anyone do these and if so how big can you go? And most importantly does it actually make a difference? And what rb gasket do you use for the new one?

I saw a thread out there mentioning one, cruiser may know. I do know they are limited in how big I seem to remember 60mm being the #. Don't know about whether it does anything or not.

Cruiser just mentioned this website www.strokedjeep.com. but I am still looking for the benefits of it... and what TB gasket to use.. That is a great site for the Renix TB

Same gasket as stock. The intake manifold hole is 60mm. Your stock TB is 52mm. www.strokedjeep.com bores the TB to 60mm with a new butterfly.

What are the benefits to a bored TB tho? any other supporting mods you suggest?

Free flowing exhaust is nice. Your just allowing more air flow into the motor.

I sent him all my Renix spares abut a year ago, plus the HO ones I had.
