I wonder if your TPS is crappola...
Unplug your oxygen sensor. On the ohms scale probe A and B. Red and black, and see what the reading is. Should be about 8 ohms.
P.S. I keep coming into the house to get on my PC while I'm drinking IPAs on the deck!!

mmhm i could go for some of those...im wondering too! my o2 is brand new but i just tested it and got 6 ohms...hm

standard i believe, ive seen people say ntk good and bosch but which is better for our year, guess its time to get a different one... are you saying buy a new relay or switch it with one of the others?

hey cruiser54, before I go changing the o2 I read that it should have 5-7 ohms and I can run the jeep and test the sensor wire and if it changes within two seconds its ok? Is this correct?

Could be. I have the factory tester so I have never used that method.
Couple lines of thought here. Test it, or replace it because they were supposed to be replaced every 82,000 miles anyway.

ok so here it is. I bought a new o2 sensor installed it its alittle better not much. I also brought my self to buy a new iac again better but still not right.. Had a conversation with some one that said I need to check my gasket on my manifold... Around and around I go...lol I am still wondering about the tps. The po said everything was stock besides the lift..

the guy said since in a load is when my idle goes out of wack that the gasket may be leaking pressure out.? HM something to think about... I can't say I hear it but will be looking. The previous owner did put in a new header as well as exhaust, I'm wondering if he reused the OEM gaskets..

ok if I understand you right, you are asking if the jeep is jerking and trying to move yes, and drops from about 800 rpm cold in park to 500 now, and 750 warm in park to 500. And never quite makes it back to those when put into park after a drive unless I give it gas. It does hunt alittle too

The "kickdown cable" , is adjusted by pushing the button on top, right there where the cable comes out of the housing. There is a "process", but I just adjust mine with about Zero play. Not likely related to your issue, but something to check/adjust anyway.

i do have a thought of my own though, if i disconnect the back hose on my valve cover to my manifold, part of the ccv system, my idle greatly improves, I'm wondering if that hose is too small, but I have no idea what size it should be.I have seen them alot bigger than what i have and if it helps and i can start deleting the vac harness why not!
