No screwed fan sensor in new radiator and plugged it back in, factory fans go right back in no changes .....

just called the local radiator store about a 92 rad its a two row no hole for the sensor he says but that could be the picture he is looking at and i have to swap over my right angle elbow for the lower trans hook up hose no big deal. if the radiator dosnt come with the hole for the sensor in the radiator i can just leave it unplugged and have no prob. i will be added fans with a flex a lite controller. i saw a video on youtube where the guy says to jump the plug if u connect your own fans.

I used the newer style xj aux fan just spliced factor fan plug on to new fan plugged and play. If your keeping old style switch I recommend getting a new on its a pain to replace when radiators installed.

you run dual 97+ aux fans on ur rig? and as far as expansion tanks go can u use a universal one that dosnt have a breather on it? or thats the entire point of a open cooling system is to have that breather.

I have a 98 aux fan and a Grand Cherokee fan clutch. With the open cooling you just need a over flo tank.

I found over flow tanks non of them have breathers on them dose that matter? I don't want to use a tank from a newer cherokee cuz there so big. So dose it matter if I find a universal one with no breather?

Make sure you mount low enough hood don't hit lid.

Is there a breather on that tank or just the spot for the hose from the neck of the radiator? If there isn't a breather that's ok?

Not sure what you mean by "breather". All mine has is the overflow tube.

Ok u know how the bottles on the open system they have the hose that comes from that rad hooked to it and then they have a vent also. It dosnt matter if I get a tank that dosnt have a vent on it correct?
