Get a can of CRC Freeze Off, spray where the sensor hex head meets the manifold, remove by turning counter clockwise with a 3/4" wrench. To install screw the sensor down until it meets the manifold and is snug.

Same here. The REM is awesome, helped my narrow down and fix my TPS. My Renix runs great except it will occasionaly just, cut out and die, and take a couple minutes to crank back up. I am on my 2nd CPS and I can't get more than .25 - .3 volts from it, but it starts right up every time (maybe 1 or 2 cranks).
