Gotcha, she has started to develop a new symptom, when it decides to stutter, you can pretty clearly hear a miss, only on one cylinder (same cylinder every time). Also, Im starting to think over fueling issue, if I drive to, let's say a convenience store, pop in for 2 minutes, get out and start her, the first 2 or 3 cranks gets a backfire, out the muffler

Get a set of 0 280 155 746 injectors, reconditioned, from Programbo here on CF. You will be very happy with them.

Also something I noticed, during an extended acceleration , such as an on ramp or the like, I get a dark, almost black smoke out the exhaust, smells like burnt gas and sunburnt gas mixed...deffinately leaning towards sticky injector

Try running it with the engine temp sensor (down under the manifolds) unplugged. Take a good look at the wires while you are there. Just a thought, I may have heard of this one before, mice or gerbils or something.
Two of the set of injectors I bought "as is" off eBay were sticky, maybe from sitting. I just opened them with 12V and blasted whatever I had through them, starting fluid probably. I'm happy with my $36 investment so far...
