Yeah it isn't to hard to install a new column. It's more time consuming then hard. You can always pick up yourself a torque wrench. Personally I never used a torque wrench when I changed out mine on my older XJ's.

I'ma give it a go this weekend. Thanks for all the help thus far guys, I really appreciate it.
Any suggestions on future anti theft? I've thought of getting a alarm, but how often do you see someone setting off a alarm and anyone giving it a second thought? I'm thinking well hidden kill switch... Or a cougar in the back seat.
