Replace (junk?) Putco relays on Plug/play H4 Headlight upgrade? Or use RJM harness?

Okay, dumb questions here.....
1) Are these relays the two black plug-in thingys? LOL They're supposed to be bolted together and on the frame somewhere?
2) If water got in them, would that short out only the high beams?
I have the Putco wiring harness and the highbeams are inoperative. I'm hoping I can just get two replacement relays to fix it. LOL

Thank you Cruiser for that pics. Just had a serious aha moment in figuring the best way to mount theses. I built my own harness and used relays from advanced auto. They were dpst (2x pin 87). They look like a standard bosch style relay and were over by the aftermarket lights. The part # on the package was DF005 if anyone is looking to splice in regular relays. I prefer having something that I can go just to the store and pick up for such an important part. Plus they were only like 5 bucks. Napa had something similar but I cant find the part # I got. If I find it I will post it. On a side note do not use Home Depot 10 gauge wire, it is very thick stranded and hard to work with.
