The FI hose is reinforced with fibre inside it.
Try opening the schrader valve on the fuel line at the injectors (with a rag over it) to let any air out. That sometimes helps.

30 sec or so. you can also let out air at the fuel rail as the gas gets pumped up. If nothing at the fuel rail check to see if pump is on by feeling tank for slight vibration/hum.

ok.... Have fuel at the rail but does not seem to have pressure behind it. It comes out but just kinda runs out.
I can't hear the pump come on like I could before this whole thing..

Maybe you have a bad fuel pump(I know its new). Leave the ignition on for a few min then check presure again. May be your jeep is subborn. Dumb question but you do have fuel in the tank right?

The gauge reads 1/4 tank. I know that can often be wrong but fuel in the line and at the rail makes me think there is fuel. Even with just enough fuel to fill the lines it should at least start for a second right?
