Same problems as all. New 4.5 lift, broken brake line.
Company called - Classic Tube (800-882-3711) pre flared and bent kits. Complete for around. $160. Just needed the the Master cylinder to rear dist. For $60. Haven't started project yet. Will update soon!

I've just been using bulk NiCopp line to make my own replacement brake lines. Very easy to bend and flare, and won't rust.
