Engine: both 01 jeeps have viper coil pack
it helps to have a universal to get the last plug in the rear out. Yes, I use the grease and anit-seeze.

If you have to buy a socket, buy a magnetic one, they work much better IMO.
Don't be afraid to muscle the pack out, it shouldn't come off with ease, if it does that may be the problem. It should take a little bit of a tug. Don't pull from the middle, grab it at both ends and wiggle it loose.

Yes, you can buy the little packets if you want. And you might as well do all six, on an 01 you have to unbolt the entire coil rail (four bolts) to do just three. You'll probably need a socket extension and you can just lift the rail out of the way when you are changing the plugs (it does not come all the way off).

Got em done. Thanks for all the help. Didn't have a torque wrench but other than that everything was good.
