Default replacing transfercase seals

i jumped in head first hoping this would be half way easy and so fare it is...... but now i cant figure out how to get my rear seal out??? can someone tell me how i begin to get it out??? thanks

ive never done one with my tc yet but theres a old trick with a screws and a screw gun screw one into the thin metal part of the seal across from each other and as you screw them in it should pull the seal out ,try not to use self tapping screw as they will try to screw into the case

i dont have any screws around me at all..... am I even looking at the right part of the tcase for the seal???

You can carefully knock it out with a screwdriver and hammer by tapping around it between the lip of the seal and the housing. Be careful not to gouge the housing. Another way is to put a prybar under the seal and pry it out.

Since you have the housing off you can punch the seal off from the inside with a wide screwdriver etc.

xe thought you meant the one on the other end if tc is out do that one also and the two on the tranny

got both my seals in! and WOW! the front is waaay easier than the back lol............
