Check and clean the throttle body
check for vacuum leaks
check for binding in the throttle cable
try pulling the ac relay
just a few tests I have had work to find the problem

I would suspect your IAC, since you had multiple codes for it, as well as the TPS. Have you replaced them, or just tried to clean them? Also make sure your throttle cable and the lever on the throttle body are not binding somehow.
I might also suspect a vacuum leak, but those usually cause a high idle regardless of what you do with the pedal. You can look for vacuum leaks by spraying carb cleaner around areas that might have a leak. You'll hear the engine perk up a little when the carb cleaner finds a leak.

I may go to get the codes checked once more. I usually take a picture of the codes but they were duplicate ones as the temp sensor and the iac were the same exact numbers. and i just remembered that last iac code was because the guy wanted to see what happened if you unplugged the sensor and there was no change in idle, So i got home i disconnected my battery and swapped the iac while i was at it with a different one and went back to check the codes again, The only code that popped up was the Evap canister purge valve code. But that was right after i reconnected the battery and swapped the iac it idled better but still hung then checked the codes right after. Also sorry i sorta fell asleep last night i didnt get the video recorded. Ill do it right now.

also i took the ac fuse out for the ac clutch. was that the right one? i didnt see anything else really marked as ac except the inside fuse marked ac heater control but that was spliced into the shift solenoid and tons of other stuff.

Update: Well poking and prodding around my engine bay im looking around and couldnt find anything. Im like ugh gotta try the cigarette thing mind you i never even lit one and hate the smell of it lol. So a long time ago i made a vacuum plug as the one it had before fell off somewhere, just dont ask. I looked at my plug like hmm maybe just maybe, so i pinched it while it was running and low and behold it whistled. AHA as i thought as i found what was causing the major issue. I replugged the port as the throttle body cough may have blew the screw out of it, Then i covered the throttle body and *gasps* it stalled! YAY i fixed the problem i go to rev it and seemed normal and i go for a test drive and sadly to my dismay it was still slightly doing it, not as bad but you still notice it while tapping the pedal. So i guess i gotta do some more looking around. Should i swap my old Iac back in? Also i plugged my evap canister port like the thread said and no change at all. But would it cause issues? that code was there for a while and ran perfectly fine just a little hesitation on initially driving from parked but it clears up. I must be getting annoying now lol sorry im still sorta new to working on my own jeep and still learning.
