Thanks for the info. It has always made the vacuuming noise louder once you put it in gear and it would go away after a few seconds of it being in gear. It just seems like it is taking way longer for it to go away now but it still does go away. I'm not losing any brake fluid to my knowledge. I haven't had to add any in a long, long time but I will check again today when we see if that other 02 will come off or not.

UPDATE:

Glued the CCV breather tube back on it where it broke b/c I don't want to go down that road without already having the parts on hand...saving that for another weekend. Couldn't get the downstream 02 off and for the same reason...don't want to go down that road if I have to weld another one on. Took it down the road...purrs like a kitten. Much, much better. Smoother idle it seems as well. Fingers crossed that is all it was and that the NTK sensors hold up for a long time. No more rattle from the CAT after we bent that piece back so I guess other than being old the CAT is still good and the smell was coming from the 02 going out and it running so lean.

Thanks for all the help and information that everybody provided. I'm sure I will be back with more questions soon enough.

Since this is the 3rd or 4th case of this after personally experiencing spontaneous and simultaneous O2 sensors failure, I wonder if this could be related to the bad batch of fuel shell shipped up the pipeline a few months back. They said they would pay for repairs but you had to have a receipt from a station that received their fuel base in their fuels.

^ Idk...maybe. Idk if they had ever even been change on it before though. It runs sooooo much better with it being changed. It was black as tar when we took it out. I hope it lasts another 200k, lol. I have around 230k on the truck and it had probably 170k on it when I got it so idk if they have ever been changed.

Update:

It started missing one time today pretty bad so I was wondering if running lean for about a week might have started fouling some plugs...gonna put on a new set this weekend. Question...I'm going with the Champions...but what is the difference in the copper ones and the double platinums? Just price?
