Rubbing noise when wheel turned - 96 Jeep Cherokee Sport

Default Rubbing noise when wheel turned - 96 Jeep Cherokee Sport

Car sounds fine when sitting in idle. When I turn the steering wheel all the way left or right there is a rubbing noise like a loud rough continuous hum. What can it be?

power steering pump you should never go full lock on it. if you let the wheel go a little bit from full lock dose the sound drop in volume?

X2 never turn the wheel all the way, and are you running stock wheels?
