running lights
i cant figure it out i was driven the other day and my running lights and all inside lights went out it was like a popen sound when they did. but my headlights still work i hate this i went thro 3 new switches and none of them did anything then cheked the fuse and its fine how ever if i push the headlight *** down and pull it out realy slow i can just get the runneing lights to come on but when i pull it out 1 more click they just shut off and only headlights work all shift lights and gage lights are out as well cuz of this my high beams light and turn signal works but no gage lights can someone help i drive at night due to my night shift and i need my running lights any help would b thanked greatly

Sounds like it is going to be your headlight switch.
Check for any burning around the outlet your headlight plugs into.
When changing the headlight switch keep in mind there is a little button on the side of the switch that you have to push to get the **** out.
I had the same problem and i replaced the headlight switch and then again no running lights. Turns out the plug that the headlight switch plugs into was melted a little bit. Had to snip all the wires and hardwire the headlight switch in.
Check for any burning around the outlet your headlight plugs into.
