Cut the majority of the rust out now I'm gonna grind whatever surface rust is on the pans then paint. Replacement panel should come soon.

I know there's only so much you can do but try to chop the edges of the rust as best you can. The more you leave in there, the more it'll start again.

Also get a grinding or flappy wheel in there and clean up then prep the frame where your repair will sit.

yea I've been slowly grinding away at it and other places where there is rust on the floorpan. Got dark on me so im gonna have to keep at it tomorrow lol.

i mean as i grind i find more holes lol. If i find some gold ill send you half of whatever it's worth
