Here you go, it's about $40.

When you use phosphoric acid or rust reformer/converter it has to be protected from ANY moisture. Yours looks like overnight dew got to it.

If you think that rusted fast, clean some steel with muriatic acid, you can practically watch the rust form .

Well after the first coat of por15 dried for about an hour and a half I applied a second coat of it. The paint was a little tacky. Then I let the second coat dry for about 45 minutes to an hour and applied bedliner while the por15 was still really tacky. Then I sprayed the bedliner while tacky with rustoleum black. It's been 10 days and it dried hard as a rock. Here's some pics

Wonder how well all those half dried different materials dried together and will last?

I did some research online

That's one post but there are more I can't locate. I also asked at the auto body supply shop I deal with and they agreed this was the best method. Time will tell I guess. I'll keep you posted in a few months but I tested a section with a chisel and it didn't budge.

Yep, my dad does body work and he has always told me that's the best way as well. Looks good!

That's reassuring because I really didn't want to do the roof over again in a few months. But I'll keep you guys posted on the longevity. So far I'm really happy with the outcome.
