Same Crap, Different Toilet.
As discussed in a previous thread I've been having several electrical issues with my Cherokee Sport. Began checking and replacing blown fuses, but now everything has been put to a halt. The Cherokee is dead. Try to cold start, it won't even crank or power on. Charge the battery and it doesn't turn all the way over, just clicks. Is it the battery, starter, alternator, or a combination?

Hard to diagnosis these kinds of issues on the internet. Here is what I would do:
1. Get the battery charged up and load tested. This will confirm good or bad. If good, move on. If bad, buy new battery.
2. Check the battery cables. If they are sketchy, you might consider buying the cable package that replaces all of the primary starting, charging and grounding cables. I think they are called the Big 3 or Big 7.
3. If none of those fix your issue, you will need to start tracing wiring that is in conjunction with whatever fuses you are blowing. Fuses usually blow for a reason.
It's not much help, but I have found if I take a breath, and start with a logical process, I can eventually figure it out.
I'm doing that with some dash/audio wiring that is all jacked up on my XJ due to aftermarket additions installed by previous owners. Seems like I have yanked a mile of wire out it so far! Good luck and report back.

it wont fix itself by magic, you need to at least put a multimeter on the battery terminals and test for min 12.3V, preferably 12.6V
If its clicking, (presumably the solenoid, not just the relay ?) that means voltage is getting through to the starter system
You could also measure voltage at the solenoid, especially if you have an assistant
There is a good Youtube by "Eric the Car Guy" on diagnosing these situations
If the battery shows less than 12.3V, or wont hold a charge while disconnected, or is more than 3 years old, get it tested by a battery shop
