"Scoot" the radiator ?
I'm installing a set of lights in the grill and I'm having a clearance issue. The driver side has 3/4" extra room to clear the light, but there is a tube on the radiator that protrudes forward on the passenger side, blocking me. I only need about 3/8" to get this light to sit flush the way I want. Is there a way to scoot the radiator back just a smidge? Will this cause any problems with the fan shroud you think? I'm about to go pull the header panel right now. Thanks for any helpful input.

The radiator should sit as flush as possible to the header panel. If there are openings between the header panel and the radiator, air will take the path of least resistance and flow around the radiator. Less flow through the radiator leads to more heat and this will lower its cooling efficiency.
