Default secret to

Is there a secret to removing the hard line's from the steering box? I sprayed some wd-40 on them and havent gotten any where.

Wd40 isn't penetrating oil. Use PB blaster, kroil, or liquid wrench.

And use flare nut wrenches

Mix of atf+4 and I think it was acetone is the best to use for penetrating oil.
Can make it yourself too!

Wd40 does make one now.. Silver bottle vs blue/red. And it works pretty darn good.

I use the harbor freight fuel line tool and it does the trick. Less than 10$. Also works great for tranny lines/fuel line

IIRC the hard lines at the steering box are 18mm............

Ok so I was able to get the very front hard line off of the steering box, but cannot get the rear one that goes to the reservoir. I PB Blasted that for a week and still no results.
