Default See-through coolant strainer? Other coolant questions

Ok so this comes after many many posts on faulty coolant systems and terrible coolant flushes. I am getting a new radiator soon FROM HERE and am considering THIS see through strainer. The main benefit would be being able to see what state your coolant is in and coolant flow. To me it's almost a side benefit to have the strainer, but it would work to stop chunks from flowing through the system. Also, I am considering THESE stainless steel hoses as opposed to rubber. Any thoughts on this as a setup?

Before the question gets asked, yes I would, if I go with it, check that the inner diameter of the hoses matches the outer diameter of the radiator and block. I just want opinions, see if it's a good idea, and see where I would like to go. Thanks!!

Also curious, has anyone used this heater replacement? It looks like something simple to set up and get rid of the bulk heater core setup. I'm really iffy about going this route, just curious about it

Link for the hoses doesn't work.

Nothing else.
