There is a '96 FSM...I have a scanned copy of the Electrical section only..I think my source photocopied it at the Dealer, from a paper version

MMMMM Well, I don't know much there. We do know and have seen that wiring harnesses can be built/installed that include multiple options that we might, or might not have. Purely academic.....might be the 97 A-W4 has(more), different stuff than the 95? (as maybe one example) Pointless discussion I suppose...If you have a 96 and it's not in the 95, likely it will be in the 97!

It's not like my 87-90, tentioned with the power steering pump, stationary idler tucked between the T-stat housing and PS pulley. Gads, what a booger! AWG is RHD, then GAT says" 1988 and 1992 have different lengths for belts", (might have ventured a guess those might be the same.)

Here's one for you if you are still boogered up. Measure the diameter of your power steering pump pulley and post that up. Something could have been easily swapped there.....maybe with your video and that dimension somebody here can help figure it out.

most stuff, but it isnt quite that simple,,,quite a few things are not really covered by either...unique fuel pump system, belt sizes, water pump procedure etc etc

Turns out I needed an inch shorter belt. It looks like maybe the previous owner replace the pulley behind the clutch fan and maybe put a smaller pulley on it to cause it to need the 94" vs 95"? Not sure...anyways, it is back on the road. Thanks for the help!

Way cool, and much thanks for posting up an answer. So it wasn't the diameter of the PS pulley. Glad you nailed it.
