shifting into overdrive

shifting into overdrive
My 99 GC has some shifting issues when shifting into overdrive. The shifting is not consistent and sometimes down shifts when I let off on the gas ,even at high speeds. I changed the transmission output speed sensor. Does anyone have other thoughts on this
