I just came across this Comanche on craigslist i got a few question can you guys help me out.

1.) I am a tall guy about 6'2" can a guy my size fit in one comfortably, about how comfortable would be compared to my Cherokee not to mention im on the hefty side of things so i kinda take up some extra space

2.) I know its a jeep, but I am at the age where I need my music so would I be able to fit some subs in there ?

Thanks please help I am really antsy to get a jeep that is this awesome but if it does not accomidate well i just cant trade my newer and probably nicer jeep.

Fit-wise it should be the same as your XJ. Sub-wise, IIRC, my dad's 1989 Eliminator had very little room behind the seats. I'd think a 6" tube might be max, but even that would be tight if it fit at all.

 

i dont think i would trade for it if theres a big differnce in the years i think you be coming out on the loosing end here just my 2c worth

 

na don't do it . more room in the XJ an more comfort too. my 2c too. so that's 4c you have haha

 

make it 6 cents it might be lifted more but you no ur rig who knows what he has done in it

first, this should be in chat. second, why does he want to trade? what problems does it have if any, if u were to trade id tell him ud trade plus some $$. but i wouldnt trade but thats just me. i love comanches but, if u want to be comfortable and have more room the keep ur xj. plus it may have some hidden problem u dont know about that why he might want to get rid of it so bad.

 

Yea i dont know he said to call for details but it has been listed for $1750 so i was kinda assuming i could get him to trade becuase mine is newer but idk if its nicer. Mina also has its faults

and what are tranny mounts made of ?, mine is loose.

Damn ummm where can i get one for a good price its about 100$ from autozone

 

The commanche is rare but you should ask for money to it's not worth a 2000 xj
