I dont think they well, the o rings are tight and its not like theres movement in them...they are just as secure as they were when the clips were on the old ones. trust me, I thought about this before i put them in and it seems just fine....The fuel rail is bolted nice and tight so nothing is going no where

Exactly.. they must have had problems with their injectors to begin with.. Running seafoam through them is better then replacing the old ones lol.. I see less of an improvement with brnad new fords..

However, Im going to try all three sets and compare..

run seafoam.. Run it through the throttle body and run it through the gas tank before you do any injector changes... I did that first on the old ones and power jumped.. Clean the old ones and you will have an excellent result..

How about engaging 2nd or 3rd gear on a foot pedal stomp at diffrent speeds? I use to use 1/2 a pedal at 50 or 60mph for a downshift.. Now I have to floor it with these new ones

Well I just ran it out of gas from a full tank on the new injectors.. I got 215 miles on a full tank to run out.. LOL.. these are great injectors.. what a Joke!! I lost about 75 miles a tank with these crapolas!! The truck runs fine.. I also beat on it in all fairness to get it to engage lower gears at higher speads.. Im removing these ASAP and putting in the original injectors as they are whats suppose to be in the truck to beging with!!

I said ealier I did the ford 4 holes from a 3.8 liter.I got a better idle , better gas milage not a ton better but an improvment I have a slightly better take off even though the xj would burn the tires beforehand, so I'm happy I not quite sure what you guys are hunting for in the swap but I think your hopes are to high and some of you are confused about what results your looking for, I'm not looking to fight just you guys seem way off base like your suppose to get 300 hp and 125 mpgs this isnt a magical cureall by no means.

I swapped to the xf2e-c4b injectors a few months back. Cant really say i noticed a improvement in much except a smoother idle. I ran seafoam a few times in the gas to clean the stock ones out and it helped a bit, but not much. Also ran it thru the TB which im sure helped.

with the xf2e-c4b's, i havent noticed any noticeable increase or decrease in mileage, but i never really calculated it before or after to compare. Throttle response seems to be same as before. I am guessing there isnt a noticable throttle response gain due to the 63mm throttle body and the intake but not positive on this.

I soaked with carb cleaner, then cleaned them with compressed air pushing carb cleaner thru a hose into the injector, and a battery opening/closing the injectors. Did a forward and reverse flush.

Not complaining or expressing any kind of opinion about them, this is just what i have noticed and done with them.

I was doing the swap for better idle and hopefully better gas and power. What i got appears to be worse on all three.. I had no idea what to expect other then some kind of improvement but I got nada so I was never looking for anything more then a better idle with same or better performance. I think ill test my foot and drive like grandma..210 miles a thankful is awful on 2001

Well all jeeps are different because I installed the same ones you got on my 2001 and im getting around 100miles to 1/4 the tank....Much much better than before when I was getting a 100miles to half a tank....My jeep responds, idles, and has a lot more pedal than it did before.....I love it!! Great investment for me!!!!!!!

gearing and tire size is also a factor in the equation a completly stock cherokee with the injector up grade would bennifit from the better atomization xj with bigger tires and stock gear will not see thast muchin the gas mileage but performance will be better i just did mine and mine is performing better i have 410 gears i am prob gettin 4 more miles per gallon but im not heavy on the gas untill i start getting stuck all have to benift from it it science proven finner mist better atomization

Im getting 15mpg on a heavy foot.. I just filled it up and it took 16 gallons.. I got 240 Miles from 16 gallons.. Betty is saying 100 miles a 1/4 tank?? I must have other problems then lol.. The injectors work great i just think Im going to drive it real nice for this tank and I bet I can get 20mpg.. I also hit almost dead E at 16 galllons used.. the guauge drops dead off at 16.5 gallons of use to WAY under the E with the light on.. It also sticks at 1/2 a tank for a while.. Either way here are some specs http://www.vehix.com/car-reviews/200...specifications

Betty is saying she gets 100 miles for 5 gallons of gas.. Thats 20 Miles per gallon.. Thats what it should be to begin with roughly! Thats no better then stock.. Your injectors must have been screwed up to begin with.. I feel that I can hit this pedal much lighter on easy driving with these injectors BUT when i need a boost its not doing much..

Ive got the trip guage on now and a couple gallons of gas in teh trunk for when I run it out this time.. 2o gallon tank right? Whys is it 16 gallans and Im below E??

Lol, he....BlackBetty01 as in my jeep hahaha......Well i was getting around 20 a few months after i lifted it then the gas mileage randomly went to **** once it got cold....It been like that for a while until I installed these injectors....Plus im getting that mileage with a heavy heavy foot cause im having a ton of fun gunning this thing everywhere....It probably also helps that im running 89 octane too haha...My stock injectors were very clean when i took them out so Im not all too sure why my mileage is good now

1/4 tank ( 5 gallons) per 100 miles on a 20 gallon tank = 20 mpg.. Thats what your suppose to get: http://www.vehix.com/car-reviews/200...specifications

According to specs on the vehicle you should be getting 17 citi 21 Highway depending on where you look..

That being said.. your injectors must have been shot to begin with!!! Your not doing any better then stock.. Im doing worse then you! But now I think I have a fuel guage problem so Im gonna run it out and see what happens.. a true calculation.. Im gonna drive real nice not like usual madman NY on the LIE!! Just got a full tank and reset the trip meter.. I also ran 89 octane this time.. However, the manual says to run ONLY 87!! Higher octane can screw up the vehicle lol... Either way, I will figure out which injectors work best for me.. My stocks, which were rebuilt I just found out from the prior owner in 2009, felt WAY more powerful then these at higher speeds... About the same below 40mph.. By the way teh prior owner said he paid 275 for rebuilt injectors at a repair shop including installation.. He said he sold me the vehicle because it kept misfiring. Too bad for him! all he had to do was wrap Injector 3 in a heat shield sold for 7 bucks at the dealer as per a TSB on the heat soak issue.. DAM what a business!!!
