not sure exactly its whatever they have at advance auto. i talked to one of the guys i worked with there and he said he did that to his girlfriends cherokee and used a very very light ammount. i think he said to keep it in place

Every manual I've seen say's don't use anything but the gasket.
Time to buy your own manual.Ilike the Chilton myself.
