I would try lubing them up first.

use some dry silicon spray to keep from collecting up dirt. the next thing would be to check the volts going to the windows and make sure its between the normaly ranges.

When my window is slow..... I just crank it faster!!!!

With that being said, Just make sure they're lubed, as everyone else is saying silicone spray works great for windows, other issues could be if you've got bad seals on your windows, you could be getting water leakage into your doors, just make sure nothing corroded/gunked up, clean and lube the best ya can.

pull the panels........ as someone else posted ck the voltage first, then clean any hardened gunked up grease you can find on anything that moves the window or touches it and then relube.

Oh, and I also had another issue with a different vehicle, my Jeep is all manual... even the trans...

My switch wasn't making a good connection, both the leads to the switch and the switch it self was corroded. So if the lube, and voltage check out, could be the switch. I cant imagine all 4 windows having dead motors at the same time.
