I have 12v at the female end of my blower connector. I ran wires directly from my battery to my male end of the blower connector to see if it worked and it did. So, why does it not work when I connect the ends.

there are many components in the wiring for your blower motor... the control on the dash, the blower motor resistor just to name a few... you need to be a little more descriptive. and a year would help too.

It's a 96 cherokee classic. I've replace the Blower itself and the switch on the dash. The point where I was checking voltage was the connector to the blower. I have voltage at the female end and I put direct voltage to the male end and the blower worked. When I connect the male/female ends It does not work.

It doesn't work at all unless I run direct from my battery, but I have 11volts at the connector.

aa7kn said that he had this problem and just removed the connector and went to straight wire and it fixed the problem. I just don't understand how this connector could cause that problem. It look like a basic 2wire connector.
