I bought my yellowtop a year ago. I'm going to check a couple common ground issues before I go trying to replace a battery I don't have a receipt for and that I bought in New York.

I know they're cheap, but I'm currently jobless and living in California. I'm trying to save money so I can pay rent and stuff haha

they were red tops but my buddy has a tj and went through 3 of them in 8 months. he told me the same thing, they were built in mexico now. he got tired of them and put in an oriellys battery, been fine for over a year now.
