Default Speedo is off ... but backwards.

Okay, my speedo is not showing the correct speed. But this is odd, because with larger tires (33s) I should actually be going faster than the speedo shows, right? That's the way it was when I went up to 32s. I did change the gear, & speed was dead-on with 32s. But now the Speedo is showing that I'm going like 50, but I'm actually going way slower, like 40 or 35. This is backwards. And there really shouldn't be that much difference between the 32" & 33" rubber.

So before I go digging into stuff, could it just be that the speedo gear is not calibrated correctly? I don't wanna swap it since I'll be back on the 32s in a few days, but could it just be a calibration issue?

Any other ideas what could be wrong? Thanks for ideas.
