You mean Iron Rock offroad? Have you used their leafs? What information do you have? I was on the phone with them yesterday, but I was asking about their coils.

The RC springs have been holding up good for a few of us in our group. They ride great in my DD. Just DON'T USE RC SHOCKS! They make it ride like a skateboard... I have JK rubi shocks on my XJ, and it rides great, good as a stocker...

Leaf springs are a perfect example of "You get what you pay for". Many companies follow the same thought, with a few highly arched leaves providing the lift. But the high end leaf packs usually involve twice as many leaves with a lower individual spring rate and less arch to allow for a good ride and flexibility and no wheel hop in the loose stuff. Other features too, like the military wrap, anti-wrap leaf, etc.
Deaver and National Spring are two local companies I checked out. They definitely aren't cheap but it's nice to buy springs once and wheel them hard for years without issues, instead of going through springs every year or two. I've seen the RE pack bend the main leaf on their first run!
This is a pic of my Nationals. Many guys think they look like one-ton truck springs and ride like crap, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. They are designed specifically for the XJ, they even weighed my rig to get them perfect. I've wheeled them for over six years and they look the same. Nothing bent, broken or sagging.

I paid $475. That was over five years ago, and they had a SocalXJ discount at the time. I pretty sure they would be $5-$600 now.
It's big bucks, but I had gone through a few packs beforehand, and it would have saved me money had I just bought them in the first place.

No ... $700 for a pair of leafs. And bushings are extra. Ridiculous for an 18 year old Jeep. They will outlive my XJ. I want good leafs but not about to drop that much coin. They were on my list right up until I saw the price.

Crown OEM Springs
I just recently purchased a pair of HD OEM Leaf Packs from Quadratec, made by Crown for $225. delivered.
I wasn't planning on springing for new spring packs at the time but when I went to install my Iron Rock Offroad Add a Leaf I found that one of my springs,(Of course after I'd completed installing one side) the smallest (lowest) leaf was actually cracked.
!!
These Crown springs are really well built with Friction Pads at the tips of the leaves and even thin 9" long aluminum sheets where the center pin goes through to prevent galvanic corrosion between leaves.
I Created a bastard pack, Using only the bottom two leaves combined with my full length Rough Country Add a Leaf and my original top two leaves gave me over 3.5" of lift.
For the price and also Quadratec's service in shipping them immediately I was very impressed with the quality, price and service.
And the lift !
