So my jeep will drive fine for about 3-4 mins then it will sputter, like bump and buck. the tack will just go dead while it is doing this.

If i push the clutch in and hit the gas it will backfire and then die. It seems to be started by hitting a hard bump but lately it just does it on its own.

I think it is the icm or the coil but any help would would be great. thanks

I would look at your cps first,it could be just a bad connector or it may have got greasy or dirty.

thanks for the reply, i am pretty sure it is the cps. it just died on me and now wont start.
