i recently replaced lines to the hvac tank in my bumper (i think thats what it is) and i stall while i am in gear at stop signs or red lights while i hit the brakes. Is it possible i put the lines on backwards or is there another issue? 1990 renix

So it died at a red light and now won't restart?

Check for spark first, then check fuel pressure . The vacuum lines aren't likely to have caused this.

I'd say you fixed a vacuum leak, and you need to clean the throttlebody and the IAC so it can work properly.

yeah it only stalled when in gear. Neutral was good and i could hold the throttle while on the brake but now it cranks and you hear it fire once but goes back to cranking
