Default steering with 6.5 lift

I just put a 6.5 lift on my 1996 cherokee. everything is good but when driving down the road it seems to search for a happy spot drifting back and forth more than usual with a lift. I have to really drive it moving the sterring wheel back and forth to keep it in its lane. I had the front end allignment done and they said it is set. It looks like they set it to factory spec. I still have the 31x10.5 tires installed so I dont think it is the tires causing the problem. it drove fine before the 6.5 lift with a 3 inch lift. Do I need to set the toe in a little to keep it striaght? The steering wheel is off to the right a little after the allignment the guy said something was binding up not letting him set the wheel strait. Trying to get it fixed before putting bigger tires on. Oh everything is adjustable track bar, upper and lower control arms, added new pitman arm etc. Any ideas to get it to drive a little easier would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
