Why don't you just remove the stabilizer and toss it? You don't need two anyways unless you are running really BIG tires.
it seemed like a good idea at the moment lol , it drives a little better on the street with it , its not a daily driver but sometimes we drive a good hour or so to go wheeling , i really hate the fact that rustys even sent something that hangs so damn low , al they wouldve had to do was bend the bracket the oposite direction and it coulld be mounted on top , im debated if i should try to rebend theres or just fab a new one all together

I'm thinking if you move it up top it might hit the draglink when your driver's tire flexes up. Your jeep should run smooth with one stabilizer. Heck mine runs just fine with no stabilizer. That's how I test my steering for worn parts, by removing the stabilizer cuz it can mask broken/worn parts.

yea your probly right , its been on my mind just to take it off , the original reason was ... i bought my tires used and the guy obviously had an alignment problem so the tires were a little cupped and wanted to shake a little , but now i got em worn in pretty flat it drives 1000 times better

yea i love them , i can deff feel a differance on the street with differant textures of pavement , sometimes there crazy smooth and sometimes they want to wander , buts its not my dd so i deal with it because i love them in the trails

I love em too, despite the fact that they are horrible on the road. Mine were great for the first 1k miles and then they starting acting like tires made of steel. I endured some rough times until recently when I threw in 10oz of airsoft pellets in each tire and OMG they are so nice now. They don't shake one bit up to 57 mph. I don't take em over 55, cuz you are not supposed to. Try it.

They balance the tire. It works alot better than wheel weights and you never have to balance them again.

I kinda figured that , the guy I got my tires from has some sortive sand in them , that's supposed balance them and what not

you shouldnt need A steering stabilizer, let alone 2.

OP, ditch the inverted y stock crap. go over the knuckle with something like JCR's kit. you will also need to mount the tracbar above the axle to help minimize bumpsteer.

It does have a drop pitman arm that came with the kit . So maybe for some reason i do need a bigger one. Or should i just change over the entire steering setup for something like the rusty's setup?

Hopefully it's dynabeads or something similar. The dynabeads look like sand. Sand itself or powder will clump up with moisture from the air compressors.

I suggest buying 1 ton tre and ream the top down on the knuckle and make you own steering. No need to throw good money on a crappy setup. Why keep running the same crappy 1/4 ton stuff when you can up grade for 1 ton stuff with a lil research and work.
