I can help
I'll make you a deal.
Tell me the part number on top of your engine computer(alias ECM, PCM, ECU)
I'll pull my aftermarket radio out and get the wire colors.

please
Open the hood.
To the right of the air cleaner box (squeezed between air box and fender)is another smaller box, large wiring harness, and hopefully a white label with part number 56027...
Here is a tease.
Left front+ = Green
Left front- = Brown/red
battery memory = Pink
Antenna = Green/brown
As for Walmart wiring harness, sounds like a good idea, but most used vehicles come with a hack job and large hole where the radio used to be.
Ooops, showing my age, I meant... where the head unit used to be.
And another thing.
How come there is no room in the dashboard to fit the bundle of wires and wiring adapter and new deeper radio?
Why are todays vehicle loaded up with all that stuff behind the dashboard, like heating and air conditioning ducts, plastic hoses and levers, little computers that stop the wheels from locking up (keeping you from making those cool sideways slides in the television commercials), vanity light wiring harness connectors, electric antenna wiring connectors, connectors for the powder your face mirror, two or more fuse boxes, buzzers, connectors for buzzers, cell phone connectors, right side airconditioning controls.
Jeez.
Hell, my 1964 Dodge truck had room for a radio AND a television, the good kind with vacuum tubes.
And it was metal and didn't crack into pieces when you tried changing a lightbulb
Gotta go now, my wife is yelling for me to take my medication
