Yeah, that would suck especially since it seems like thousands of cherokee owners have been ripping out there hair over this problem, try to make sure your o2 sensor wires dont touch your drivlines, i think that is how i popped my fuse. alright man good luck. also since i replace that minifuse i havent had any problem whatsoever with my jeep in 2 days now. YES!

Cleared the code this morning. Took it on a nice 20 mile drive and so far so good. I got my o2 sensor wrapped up in my drive shaft as well. 1 out of 4 wires was hanging on.
Anytime the CEL comes on, I'm checking the fuse box first!

I had the same exact problem a little while ago. I replaced the fuel filter (which was never replaced in 13 years) and it runs fine. If you haven't changed out your fuel filter in a while, you may want to take a loot at it.
