Stock 92XJ losing dash power randomly while driving...
Hey everyone,
My 92XJ started losing dash power recently. No gauges, radio, ac, anything on the dash. It may go off for the entire drive, or 1 second, or anything in-between. It will come back on it's own, when it wants.
Thoughts? Ground?

Sounds like the infamous brown wire on the ignition switch on top of your steering column. Fairly easy fix, plenty of write ups on it.

I have 5 vehicles right now with 4 having issues. Funny that the ones running the best is still this XJ and my 76 Cherokee. My son took the XJ to work and I've been driving around the SJ to pick up parts here and there for the others.
2015 JK with a funky sound only my wife has heard and I can't figure out. Throwing all kinds of codes that make no sense too but only when the sound happens.
2022 JT. Main battery just died at 48,000 miles. I hate the factory batteries. I'm on the way to pick up a replacement now.
2010 GT Mustang convertible that I've been replacing the top for my son since saturday. Just finished it. Next time I pay to get it done....
