Default Stock '94 Country Questions

Hey I just purchased a '94 Cherokee Country with the 4.0L h.o straight 6 with 190k miles on it. As far as I know the entire truck is stock aside from a new steering box and transfer case. It's been babied pretty much theres barely any rust on the thing and the engine runs clean. I would like to know what you guys think about certain upgrades I have in mind and or suggestions.

a) ugrade the suspension to an old man emu 2" or 3" lift
b) larger tires like 31"
c) cold air intake
d) upgrade headers
e) upgrade exhaust

Do you think if I went with the OME lift kit that getting a transfer case drop would be necessary? Would it be worth upgrading the intake/exhaust? Would it wear the old engine down? Do you think adding the larger tires would stress the old engine, parts, etc. too much? Thanks

a) ugrade the suspension to an old man emu 2" or 3" lift YES...Great Product
b) larger tires like 31" These should work fine with 3" lift, maybe minor trimming required
c) cold air intake Doesn't do much
d) upgrade headers Good but expensive, won't see much gain without other engine upgrades
e) upgrade exhaust Good - Free flowing is key. 2.5" diameter max.

Do you think if I went with the OME lift kit that getting a transfer case drop would be necessary? No not with a 94Would it be worth upgrading the intake/exhaust? See aboveWould it wear the old engine down? Do you think adding the larger tires would stress the old engine, parts, etc. too much? No the size will work well with the stock componentsThanks
