Hey guys new jeep owner and i just wondering if its normal for my rpm needle to shake a tiny bit when running. My steering wheel vibrates on idle as well could they be related.

Does it have a rough idle? If so try cleaning your AIC

What excatly does AIC mean does it have to do with the throttle body becausr I Ran sea foam through it. I did a tune up because i kept getting cylinder misfires (#3 and just recently #1) I changed my plugs,wires, and distributor cap and rotor. It seems to run way better but the rpm needle never changed and still feels a little rough

Sorry for the duplicate post.. Yes Air Idle Control.. So a search on how to clean it along with your throttle body... Made a big difference on my XJ

Very helpful thx I'll do that sometime this week. If that doesn't work I'm wondering if its my fuel injectors I may not have cleaned them that well

IAC's have been known to go bad as well.. I think they're like $30 at the part's store.
