Strange Vibe
I know there are probably a million vibe questions asked on this forum. But mine is definately different. I have a stock 99 Jeep cherokee with no lift and have been chasing this vibe for 2 years.
Parts list changed, Front axle ujoints front wheel bearings, front rotors, and brake pads, front differential carrier bearings, pinion bearing, front drive line, front pinion yoke, transfer case, rear axle bearing, rear driveline ujoints, rear driveshaft rebalanced. After all of this I stil have this frickin vibe that feels like it's coming from the front. It has finally shelled out my new transfer case front output bearing and the pinion seal is leaking. So you would think well it must be the drive line but you can still feel the vibe with it completely out of the vehicle. My only question is could the front pinion be bent without shelling out the pinion bearing? because the old one was fine when I had it changed. 2yrs ago. I spent $1500 bucks 2 years ago and nothing fixed it. Please Help
Frustrated to the nth degree,

It's high rotational like a driveline or an axleshaft. The tires have been replaced She rolls smooth tire wise. no steering shutter. Just a really bad drone vibe. If it were the tires could it have caused the leak and shell out of the transfer case output shaft bearing going to the front driveshaft or caused my pinion seal to leak? I mean it really does seem to be the front driveshaft. But it has had three different ones in it. The newest one being a dana/spicer new one off the shelf.

No signs of an accident and yes it still has it with the front driveline out. just not as bad. I really think it's a pinion but no signs of damage or bearing wear. It had it before the front carrier bearings and pinion bearings being changed. There was no abnormal wear signs inside the diff not even abnormal gear wear everything looked mint. If I weren't in the UK i would just drop a 44 underit and call it good but cant afford the freight to the UK. more than the diff itself.
