Street Tires
I am buying another set of rims and tires, because my mud terrains are awesome off road, but they suck in rain and snow, I want to keep the 31" size but with good street tires, any suggestions?
(I already searched couldnt find a thread solely deticated to this)

I can't say enough good things about my Yokohama Geolanders. They've got great road manners and can handle light trails just fine. They were awesome in the snow this Winter and do just fine in the rain.

I can't afford two sets of tires for wheeling and street so I compromise. After a lot of research I decided to get some 31" Firestone Destination A/T's These tires have a pretty aggressive tread and hold up very well. I have taken them over large river rocks, through mud, dirt, etc... and they have performed very well. They don't have much road noise at all and usually come with a warranty. I think where the tire performance shines is in the rain, the tires hold traction very well on wet road surfaces. I don't have much experience with them in snow so I can't tell you much, my friend has a set of 31" Destination A/T's last winter and he said they did great in the snow.
I got all four mounted and everything plus road hazard for around $550.00

The best street tires I have ever run on my XJ and my son's Toy PU was the Michelin pickup radials. They have several near identical tires, but the good ones have the squiggly sipes in them. they are just awesome on snow and ice and last forever. They come in sizes to 32" Well worth the extra money. The best pace I found to get them is Costco. It is like getting one free.

Yes the yokahomas are a great tire as well but if you have a Big O Tire store near you get the A/T's they come with a 3yr free replacement warranty against what ever happens to it if that cant fix it it's replaced free of charge also comes with free lifetime rotates and balance which includes lifetime flat repairs. Hey got put a ad in for the place I work. LOL
