Angry Stuck Harmonic Balancer Hub

Okay, the bolt is gone and the balancer should come off pretty easily with a puller right? Nope. I have deformed the bolts trying to get this dang thing to come off and it refuses. At this point, I'm scared I damaged something trying to wedge and pry it off along with the puller and it still won't budge. As far as I can find online, the pulley itself shouldn't be this stuck and yet I cannot get it off. Any ideas?

Also, everytime I try to reef on the puller center bolt, it just turns the engine over so I can't get any real strength behind it. I'm losing my mind because I really need this car.

Is the key way lined up or did the balancer twist and the key way is locking it in ?

Welp, you inadvertently helped me. I went to take a look for the keyway, and to my terror I couldn't find it! It was then I realized I left the bigass washer in there and have been fighting myself with it this whole time. I was in way to much of a rush to get this done and was a dummy. Thank you for inspiring me to take a second look and hopefully it's all good now... so long as I didn't break something else fighting that.

Thanks!

LOL. I was just about to ask if you removed the washer, and then I scrolled down to see you figured it out yourself.
