Surging issues with 4.0liter in my 97 cherokee

Default Surging issues with 4.0liter in my 97 cherokee

Hi my name is jeff im having issues with my 97 cherokee aport i just bought the new head all new gaskets and everything is back togther just the way it came off i even replaced the pcv valve on rear of valve cover. Now im getting a surge from the motor at 60 mph and then slow f
Down few miles from my father inlaw and get back to the gas and it dtarts doing it at 30mph looking for some i site on what i should be looking for before i send to a garage .
Thanks ive been told it could be a number of things. Feel like im losing my mind.

Doublecheck the intake manifold for leaks where it bolts to the head, as well as vacuum lines and electrical connections.

So i sent it to the garage to see if they could figure out the issue and the there still trying to figure out the issue can somebody point me in the right direction to what would cause my motor to surge.
Change
New plugs
New coil
New head
All new gaskets
New coolant temp sensor
New cap
New rotor

Your torque converter may be going into and out of "lock up". Check your solenoids.
