Most of the shops around here don't recommend running bigger than 35s with the 8.8.
I'm fine with 33s. I can barely lift ... in fact I can't lift the 33s on steel wheels. Why the heck would I want to go any bigger/heavier? Like I said, I do very well with the rubber I have ... in fact, I haven't yet wheeled with the 33s. I've been running 32s for a few years and the only runs that make me nervous are the really off-camber trails. Other than that, where they go, I go. I look a lot better running the "big-boy" trails on 33s than they do on 36s .

Just because people destroy equipment doesn't mean the part is to blame. Maybe your guy is just a ****ty driver, or was having a run of bad luck. It happens. I have seen a guy destroy a HD tie rod on a trail that I went thru immediately ahead of him ... with stock steering. Does that mean his stuff was bad or he just didn't know what he was doing?

Talking Wow

Hm Female + Jeep = very nice.

I second fantic's picture request!
As for you axel I think you should keep what you have but i also think you should swap it out and sell me what you have.

As for the (_______) who ripped out his axel's I mean common i run 31"s and stock steering and a POS D35 and i can keep up with a lot.

You's guys are nuts ... how did a thread about an axle swap turn into a picture request??

I can assure you ... I am NOT what you all expect.
Gotta go to work now, but I'll think about that pic ...

... and yes, I did say "you's" - after all, this is Joisey!

Sorry for the off topic picture request, jk, but i assure you i am not that superficial as you think and i only expect a happy person with a big smile near the jeep, just to give a face to the user. I am on the other side of the world and i want to see you.

I may not be across the world but it is always nice to see someone and their Jeep. Also X2 on the change of thread direction.
